The teaching of harmony at Primary level is mainly restricted to looking at basic chords and how to use chords to make up a song.
We believe that the visual aspect of SeeChord can help children to understand the basics of how chords can fit together even at a young age. Just by using the chords of I IV and V we can show how a song can be structured well and how those chords relate to each other.
Currently we are looking seriously at how to put together a package that can be used in Primary Schools to help to get children into chords and harmony as soon as possible.
If you have any ideas and suggestions or would like to know more about how to use SeeChord in your school then please contact us with your thoughts.
